Worked example · fictional data
Developing ads for your next campaign.
A webshop marketer asks the system to research customer insights and previous campaigns. Agents develop concepts, copy and visual variations and incorporate feedback for the next test.
This example illustrates a possible implementation. It does not describe a delivered client project or measured result.

The workflow in detail
- Systems involved
- Product catalogue · Ad platform · Asset library · Brand guidelines
- How the work happens today
- The marketer gathers results, reads reviews, finds product images and writes a brief. Copy and visuals move between files and feedback rounds. Much of the research starts over with each new offer.
- What the system does
- Agents gather recurring customer questions and compare previous ads within the selected period. Product data and brand guidelines inform briefs, copy and visual concepts. Connected image or video models can generate variations; approved existing assets can also be used. Each version retains its brief and feedback.
- What the marketer does
- The marketer asks: ‘Create three concepts for our coffee subscription, aimed at people who want to brew better coffee at home.’ They add the current offer and prohibited claims, choose a direction and request other formats. New tests can be prepared weekly using campaign results.
- Review before publication
- The marketer checks product appearance, claims, image rights and the offer. Generated images can contain errors. Previous campaign performance does not prove a concept will work again. Publishing and budget changes require separate permission; this example does not launch ads.
- What Silvant builds
- Silvant connects the catalogue, asset library and available campaign data and builds briefing, generation and review steps. Versions and approvals stay together. The marketer specifies audiences, products and creative directions; system access and publication rights are enforced technically.
